What You'll Do
- Meet & support farmers in your region, building long-term relationships
- Drive new business and nurture existing accounts
- Promote Agritech-NI's range of proven nutrition and forage solutions
- Conduct on-farm advisory visits, recommend solutions, and follow up
- Achieve or exceed sales targets, capture repeat orders, and report on performance
- Participate in events and demonstrate technical expertise
What We Are looking For
Our ideal candidate is commercially minded, self-driven, and goal-focused, with a genuine passion for farming.
They're a natural communicator who builds strong relationships and hold a full driving licence, ready to travel across their region each day. Experience in on-farm solutions or sales is a real advantage.
